Sales Consultant - Netherlands

Brief Outline

In this exciting industry sector, the sales consultant role is to identify sales opportunities for digital and Cloud ICT products on behalf of well-known international brands. The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working in a busy and fast paced environment, with a proven track record of exceeding set KPI targets.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Providing web and broadband solutions to SME market through identifying and maximising sales opportunities for both new and existing customers, using a clear sales process
  • Delivering a clear demonstration of capabilities and features of the products/ services by consultation with the customer and identifying their bespoke requirements
  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets as an individual and as part of a team through speaking to clients via a B2B database/dialler
  • Managing own pipeline to ensure quality leads are converted, ensuring customer needs are met, whilst achieving sales target on a consistent basis.

Experience

  • A sound understanding of the sales process, including establishing needs of key decision makers, objection handling, negotiation and closing
  • Proficient user of IT, including good working knowledge of Microsoft systems
  • Business to business telesales experience
  • Clear and confident communicator both verbal and written.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to quickly analyse and make appropriate judgements

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven track record of working in a sales environment with outbound telesales or field sales experience.
  • Able to empathise and relate to customers by building relationships based on trust and understanding
  • Awareness of how a dialler system operates and the confidence to use this
