Trendzer Leadership

Warren joined us having previously played a leading role in growing a financial services platform company from start-up to global market leader.

Having been through all that, Warren knows that it takes a unique combination of technology, process and most of all people to build a successful company and is genuinely excited by the opportunity in front of Trendzer and the market we serve.

Away from work, Warren enjoys spending time with his family and can "occasionally" be found partaking in good food and wine. Being a New Zealander, he is rugby mad and has been known to disappear to a nearby golf course when the sun comes out.

JP started his first web agency all the way back in 1996. In 2001, he successfully sold Scotland’s first institutionally funded dot.com, a participation sports portal, to an Australian entity funded by Village Roadshow. He went on to do some ground-breaking work for the UK government to help get SME businesses selling online. This led to his next private venture providing business processes outsourcing to global telecommunication companies looking to provide their SME customers with business websites.

Trendzer is the culmination of a lot of hard work for JP: an exciting event on an amazing journey through the complex and ever-changing world that is online technology. Whether facilitating blue-chip partners to engage SMEs or helping thousands of small businesses succeed online, JP finds his work constantly insightful on both the real-world and online business ecosystems.

JP loves the hills of Glencoe, walks the odd mountain ridge, and occasionally goes rock climbing and then wonders what on Earth he was thinking about.

George joins us after more than a decade as Non-Executive Chairman of a business process outsourcing company  for global telecommunications companies who build websites for SMBs. He is a senior financial director with experience at both corporate and operational levels across the manufacturing, distribution, and electronics industries. His experience includes international corporate finance responsibility for a $1bn US manufacturing group.

He has steered a variety of companies through many years of impressive growth. George’s combined responsibility for treasury and strategic management of over £100m of funding keeps Trendzer in tune with the market and primed for continued growth.

George is an avid and skilled golfer, and he is also held in particularly high regard because he buys the beers after board meetings.

Tim joined us from a senior role in Platform Development. He started his IT career writing and managing synthetic environment and simulation projects for the MoD, moving from there into telecoms and then into web technology.

During his time with us, Tim has been constantly amazed with how rapidly and effectively change is embraced by Trendzer. He is particularly impressed by how the process and infrastructure of the company allows such speed of change to result in a positive outcome. Tim enjoys doing anything dangerous in his spare time – his most recent hobby is scuba diving.

Carine has been a real digital success story in just over 5 years. She started out as a Technical Advisor but quickly progressed to Team Leader, Trainer, and beyond. Her diverse role covers onboarding programmes for partners and employees, and ongoing Learning & Development initiatives.

She is continuously impressed by how Trendzer’s platform and service wrap quickly evolves to follow current trends and customer demands. Carine finds the company’s single focus of delivering an all-in-one solution for SMEs to be exciting.

In her spare time, Carine is mad about music and has faithfully attended Primavera music festival in Barcelona for the last few years. She’s also passionately devoted to her beloved PSG and can’t wait for the French national football team to rediscover their mojo.

Jonny qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG and spent five years working in a boutique corporate finance business. Since 2012, he has been working in the digital industry. He has worked with companies at all stages of the business life cycle from start-ups through to PLCs. This enables him to bring extensive financial and commercial experience to Trendzer, along with an ability to work with both financial and non-financial stakeholders.

He is constantly impressed by the level of innovation within the business and the dedication to developing market-leading solutions with global applications.

In his spare time, Jonny can be found hoping the Scotland football team reach the finals of a major tournament.
